Please note that FUH, Inc. does NOT offer warranties for products made by other vendors. However, resale products come with warranties that can be obtained independently from the manufacturers.
Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please call us at 714-237-7500 or email us within 5 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Solartechpower.com reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and to fill every order, occasionally typo errors may occur in the website content regarding pricing, in-stock status, or description. In these instances, customer service will notify you and if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
Returning Merchadise (RMA Policy)

If you are not fully satisfied with the products, within 14 days of the delivery date, email our customer service at sales@fuhind.com or call 714-237-7500 for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Once you have sent back the merchandise, please retain shipping record for at least 14 days, until you receive a refund or replacement from solartechpower.com. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returned packages without RMA#. Packages without RMA# will be rejected and sent back to you. All associated costs will be your responsibility. Once an RMA# is issued, returned item need to be received within the following 14 day. Or, the package be refused and the RMA# will be voided.

FUH, Inc. is not liable for loss of items returned. Proper packaging is required. Any damage caused by shipper will not be honored. Please insure your package as appropriate. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means salable condition, not used, not dirty nor washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Secure your item(s) inside the original shipping box. If the original packing materials are unavailable, you must obtain and use similar protective wrapping, packaging materials and make every effort to ensure that the product will not get damaged during shipping. Please also include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.

Write your RMA number on the box in LARGE letters next to the shipping address. For example, “RMA# 18691” Ship the item to:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee please call us or email us before you place the order.Please allow us 14 days after we receive your returned items to process refund to your credit card.
Lost or Missing Package

UPS is our primary shipper for sending smaller panels. For larger panels (120W or larger), various freight services are used. You can contact our customer service department to determine by which shipping company your order(s) is delivered.

FUH, Inc. is not responsible for the missing package nor will we grant a refund or replacement, once a proof of shipping is issued. Customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company if your items are lost during delivery or stolen at the door steps or premise of your business. Or, you may request in written (or via email) upon placing orders for a delivery with "Signature Required."

If you do ask us for a "Signature Required" delivery, we will take responsibility of the delivery until the package has been signed for.
